German Musikhochschulen

I'm considering grad school (starting fall 05) in composition and=
 electronic music in Germany.  I visited the Musikhochschule when=
 I was in Cologne, but I'm still trying to get an overall sense=
 of Germany's resources.

Does anyone have an opinion on which music schools in Germany=
 have good electronic music studios? Are any especially friendly=
 to microsound/experimental work and/or to multimedia work?

I'm also looking for opinions on which German music schools are=
 the "best" overall (on the level of Juilliard/Eastman/Curtis in=
 the U.S.), in terms of attracting the most talented performance=
 majors.
