-I am trying to say or rather I'm saying, that during
 the period that punk was considerd to be an important
 cultural period, during the mid-seventies and towards the end
 of the seventies of the last century, the ability to
 a musical instrument or the knowledge of how to play
 that particular instrument and therefore any musical
 instrument, was regarded as being suspicious.
 As such I regard the description 'incompetence and ignorance'
 as a valid one, in the light of being slightly informed as when
 it music concerns.
 Now to what extent this is a valid point in regards to these
 aspects is open for discussion.
 For which the opening remarks were made in the first place...
