while this is a good suggestion it might be more then I can handle in terms
of playing school-mom to multiple lists...but rather than discard this idea
it seems like this will be possible using our new TWiki server: people will
be able to create topics, post and /or edit whatever they want so long as it
fits within good taste and show respect to the community...
