[microsound] microsound.a_suggestion

Considering the informational noise on the list, would it be possible to 
create sub discussion groups on very specific topics, named following a 
syntax like microsound.[topic].org and whose creation would be announced on 
the 'central' mailing list?

The topics could also be listed on www.microsound.org, with their 
description, so that one could suscribe only to what corresponds to his 
interests. ex: microsound.livestream.org, microsound.reviews.org, 
microsound.microtonal.org, microsound.history.org, microsound.events.org, 
microsound.philosophy/aesthetic, etc. Publicity being explicitely forbidden 
and reprehensible where it is not suitable.

That wouldn't be very complicated technically and everyone would get the 
kind of tea it likes. Would that be feasible?
