this is a mildly amusing diversion
relating to ID'ing bits of music within minimal time spans

http://www.sr.se/cgi-bin/p1/src/sing/default.asp

basically u enter text as lyrics
the site then builds a song using bits of pre-existing pop songs

eg if you wrote a lyric with the word "we" in it
it grabs a very short sample from that queen song
"we will rock u"
etc...

its intriguing, not so much for what it does,
but for what relatedly could be done
