Re: [microsound] ancient generative music

not to mention the possible audience participation/collaborative possibilities

I'm working on a Reaktor patch that will take as input gastronomic winds.
Recorded live, the pHarts are fed into a vocoder that will trigger and
transform samples from Bush's state of the union address into gutteral
wheezes, blurps, and explosions. The algorithmic data hinges, of course, on
the lowest common denominator.

I feel that as live performance, this will also do a great deal to make up for
the lack of gestural theater associated with so much microsound via olfactory
counterpoints.
