   olo J. Milkman began Product Of Neglect Art Collective Ltd. In 1989 while
he took part in the RAD.I.A 89.9fm radio project at the Banff Centre for the
Arts.  Since then, it has acted as his umbrella for the projects he
manhandles. He currently draws, works in audio, builds lamps, writes, and
parodies a culture which sees little social value in creativity.
