scene.org. Free, but it often takes months to be approved. *If* you're
approved. This is what I use for my weblabel. Lots of other nice stuff
hosted here, which you can browse right from the website.

In the past, I've also begged and borrowed audio webspace from other
..microsound list members, but that's often more of a hassle.
