Re: [microsound] about copyrights \ is this right?



to me the sample from the first excerpt is clearly recognizable in the 1st of the set of samples from the "german label" release. it is apparent but more difficult to discern in the second section, and more difficult still in the last sample. those are just my ears talkin.

i don't know the circumstances surrounding the original "release". i don't know how comfortable i am personally about making a judgement of "right or wrong". all i know is that it sure sounds like the same sample.

the artist denies having used my track as a source..
can you tell me if is this rightfull to you that this artist claims this is
