[microsound] Autonomous Radiophonic Zone

Dear list,

I'm currently working on a project of Autonomous Radiophonic Zones
inspired by the TAZ of Hakim Bey, involving several radio stations in
France (for a start) both on air and streamed, sonic installations (two
already planned for june and october) and public airing in cultural
sites. Every broadcast will be aired / streamed with no fixed schedule,
thus taking possession of zones usually devoted to something else. With
the aim of reclaiming some free space for creation within a medium more
and more ruled by consensus and business practices, the focus will de
set on free material, exclusive or not.

For this project, I'm looking for artists willing to contribute, with
one or several recordings. There's no limitation in style or time. it
could be glitch, lowercase, musique concrête, pop, techno, field
recordings, poetry or anything else, from 5 seconds to 2 hours,
anything than can compose a autonomous radio zone. A website will
follow the march of the project and keep track of opened zone.
I'm also looking for radios, galleries, cultural spaces around the
world, willing to open ARZ in their own space.
