It's aweful that they come up with such a weapon! Though it's by far not the
first time that sound is turned into a weapon.
They've been using Hard Rock & Heavy Metal at very high volumes on prisoners
in Guantanamo Bay in order to break them so they will provide there captors
with information.

For me it would be such a torture to be 'hit' by such a soundbeam with my
delicate & sensetive ears. I wonder if you can hold the marines responsible
for loss of hearing if they use these weapons on you?
