Except for just a few individuals (worldwide) who use gridflow:
http://www.artengine.ca/gridflow and it, too, is supported, easy to find, free and etc.

It works with pd only at the moment, though, and probably best in linux
(although, AFAIK, MacOSX version is getting closer and closer).
