For one month Parochial Church of Berlin Mitte becomes an experimental

SUITE IN PAROCHIAL consists of three modules:
-
Robert Henke's interactice installation ATLANTIC WAVE TERMINALS connects rooms up in the belltower. Its sounds move inside and between the chambers.
-
The listening room SOIREE ELECTRONIQUE traces history of electro-acoustical music from the 20th to the 21st century. Along different facets of sound you will enjoy historically unique recordings.

SUITE NUIT creates a joint composition of visual and acoustical spaces by different artists working together based on the given location. The spatial situation and the arrangement of media functions as an instrument which will be interpreted individually by the artists. An evening in the course of suite nuit is designed by one sound artist and by one musician whose collaboration will be completed by two video artists. This first-time teamwork of artists from the area of sound installations, musicians and composers of electronic music and video artists is meant to be programmatic. Suite nuit develops at all in all nine evenings unique rooms, a suite of spatial compositions of sound and vision at one location.
