I know quite bit about it and have read a good number of the court
filings.  IMO the whole thing is going to end in a fashion similiar to
when Unix System Labs sued BSDi in the early 90's, claiming they stole
code from Unix and stuck it in BSD.  Except this time there will
probably be a more definitive conclusion since IBM appears to want to
validate the GPL and squash SCO.
