[microsound] hotline server update

I have not been able to get on the hotline server for around 3 weeks 
now...I emailed Eric (our hotline server host/admin) and he said he was 
working on the problem...not sure when he expects to have it up and 
running again but I can't assign passwords until he gets things 
debugged...
other list members should keep trying to log on as 'guest' to see if 
the server problems have been sorted out...
