Re: [microsound] Roads considder a weapon (OT but amusing)

Brian Klein asks;

> who was the musical group performing?

Der Blutharsh. I think the style is called "neo folk" or "dark folk" and you
are supposed to wear uniform like clothes and flirt with both nazi images
and homosexuality (that combo is not clear to me either). There had been a
lot of discussion about this performance so I thought I´d check it out.
Wasn´t too good, some interesting moments and backing sound textures but
most of it was centered around theatricaly posed drumming. After all the
discussion no extreme right was to be seen anywhere, nor were the antifa´s
which left only goths and people in boyscout uniforms. Ah, well, some
chitchat and some drinks and it was still fun.

And nathand quotes;

"We are worrying about the wrong things, says Laura Lee in
100 Most Dangerous Things in Everyday Life and What You Can
Do About Them. The most dangerous threats are right under
our noses."

Yes, well, in all fairness, it *is* a rather hefty book.... I think it´s
silly, the kind of person who has the peace of mind to tackle such a book is
probably not the kind of person who will suddenly jump up and start hitting
others but such corelations don´t seem to be a part of the security policy
of this place in Leiden.

Yours,
Kas.
