[microsound] usb interface for laptop/guitar config.

i'm sure some of you have heard this before but i'm
trying to be as updated as possible, so...

can anyone recommend a pro quality but not too
expensive usb interface (laptop pc running Win XP)
that would have min. 2 ins (for--non-midi!--guitar)
plus min. 2 more for other sources AND multiple out
capacities, perhaps even beyond the consumer standard
of 5 for surround sounds?
