There is a program called Virtual Audio Cable(s)(?) it's not
freeware/opensource / the web page
(http://spider.nrcde.ru/music/software/eng/vac.html)  ... you can download a
demo...
.....there is OSC (Open Sound Control
)(http://www.cnmat.berkeley.edu/OpenSoundControl/application-areas.html)
that I think (with some programming) you may be able to do what you
want.....
