probably demudi (debianmultimediadistribution)
but if you have no experience with debian yet you should probably
try knoppix its also debian but comes bootable from cd
and everything (even midi) is working right away...
also have a look at jaromils http://dynebolic.org/ , its a great bootable
lnx with lots of audio stuff...
also the drivers work straight outta box..
