i have just finished setting up my studio/installation space in the brooklyn navy yard with just this kind of idea in mind. what we visualize is something along the lines of a salon, with people sharing their work in an intimate setting. my space is somewhat small - 700 sq feet - but with 15 ft ceilings it feels spacious. i have a quadraphonic sound system and a nice sony video projector, along with a new g4. i'd be interested in hosting a gathering of nyc - based performers. cheers bruce
