Exactly. If it is true that scene.org is trying to say that the artwork cannot be removed from their site and they are trying to stick a license on all of them, then that is beyond absurd. The site exists to serve the artists and the community. If I wanted to remove my tracks from scene.org and they refused to let me, I would not hesitate to sue. They are (if I have the whole story) absolutely in the wrong. Regardless of however inconsiderate you consider such artists to be, scene.org is being twice as bad. Then again, I have always avoided that place like the plague...
