I'm a big fan of Niblock.  My favorite work, though, is Guitar 2, 44+
1X2 with Raphael Toral, Kevin Drumm and others.  I also quite like
Hurdy Gurdy piece on Touch Works as well as YPGPN and the DVD that was
already mentioned.  Niblock prefers to have his works listened to at a
very high volume.  I think that's also the best way to enjoy them. 
The DVD is well worth it.  Visuals plus 3 1/2 hours of music for less
than twenty dollars.
