er yeah ta to all who are replying my reading list is
getting bigger.....some interesting commments....

i was thinking about sound art and visual art last
night-partly an anxiety as i did check out the post
terms yesterday and there is an announcement list so's
this one stays more, er, er, intellectual?. cool . i
see the point. 

anyway-i was thinking about the exploration of silence
in visual and sonic art-maybe they're diff ways of
exploring the same things, but the kind of silence you
get in a painting is different from the kind of
silence you get in a tune / sound piece. i'm not
really sure i can develop this much further right
now-its 9.23 london time and i'm at work, have meeting
in a minute. 

but maybe when you look at a painting the noise is on
the inside of you, and when you hear a sound piece the
noise, initially, its outside your head. hmmm.
