did you make the plugins yourself? (in max) if so check for things like DC 
offset in yr max patch
..... and is it the full version of pluggo? i think the demo version does a 
thing where it interrupts the
audio with white noise every so often , maybe you didnt authorise it 
properly if its a full version?

and

has anyone tried no input mixing with the logic mixer? is it even possible? 
how does it sound ?
