[microsound] Live

I think that live is indeed the best way to go on creating an instrument
without the technical depth need from programs such as max-msp or even
reaktor.
It simply, easily allows you to pass your ideas to sound. I started using
acid actually in the beginning I started with electronic music, and even
nowadays it seems a pretty much DAW based program with a timeline, such as
logic, cubase.. Anyway I think Live is great because it´s like my old sp-808
for everything - you don't have to rationalize to create music (ok by that I
mean you don't have to be thinking or which parameter to go and move while
engaged in a completelly computer visual system ).
Coupled with a couple midi controllers and with some easy programming it
becomes an instrument - When I´m doing live act with live and machines live
is just another machine  - I dont kneed to look at the screen, which in my
opinion is one of the worst things to do when making music - we divide the
senses while we should actually just focus on one.
Of course the ideal in my point of view is using MAX-MSP or Reaktor to
create my instruments, but unfortunally one does not always have the time
for that....Hopefully this year I will...
