the twiki is back up. hopefully it will stay that way.

as far as alternate wikis, WikkaWiki is already installed on the machine:
http://wikka.jsnx.com/HomePage

so, technically that would be easiest. but i still think we should
have a better idea of what we want to change before doing anything.
