[microsound] visual metronome/cue plugin

Hi all,
Anyone know of a simple VST/AU plugin for use in Ableton Live (Mac)
that would work as a strobe or visual cue to a performer on stage. I'd
like to have it played by a MIDI track. It could really just be a VU
meter type thing, but I just don't want it to produce any audio.
