[microsound] freeeeze !!!

i'm a windows xp user and i'm looking for a VST like audiomulch's nebuliser.

what i mean is i want something that can chop up my audio AND has a freeze 
function.

in fact, i pretty much want any VST with a freeze function like nebuliser's.

please also give me the names of any other VSTs that sound like they might 
interest me, such as sample and hold effects, etc.
