Re: [microsound] myspace comunity

Speaking about the Wiki... how about the solution that we tested a while ago called seedWiki? I think that worked out pretty fine. Here is a link to the test version:
http://63.134.216.58/wiki/microsound_pilot
Was there some hidden drawback with that? At least this pilot does not seem to have got hacked yet as the old TWiki got. Very often I miss the microsound Wiki function. Maybe I was one of few that often used this in my daily life. That goes for example for all the good sound application links that where collected. Also the collected podcast references, books and more...

I'd say we better try to get the Wiki (seedWiki?) up and running so anyone can add things whenever.

The (temporarily) solution with a myspace page on the new server should be better than nothing until we have a stable Wiki again. Maybe a link to the server should also be good to have at www.microsound.org ?

The link to that is:

hi

too bad the wiki's all fucked up. this would be a perfect use for it
[myspace pages].

i'd be willing to do a straight up HTML page of links for the
microsound website- but it wouldn't be as well maintained as a wiki
where people can update things themselves.

should we put this on the new hotline server?
