Re: [microsound] RCA MK II
Umm, don't want to get too nit-picky but for what it's worth that
recording is actually a record of the of the first RCA Synthesizer,
the "Mark I" not the MK II.
The OHM DVD has a bit of a verbal discussion on both machines.
I also own the 12" LP version of that same album.
I'm desperate trying to pay bills at the moment but it's not
inconceivable I transfer my DAT file or make a new silly high res
file (what do you want? 24bit/196k? ) of it if someone has an ftp
site to plop it onto and can wait a week or so. Hey you can declick
it and use the clicks.
Also for what it's worth, Japanese avant pop composer Yann Tomita
went to see the MK II in person and recorded it for his 1998 boxed
set "Music for Living Sound" (FLCF-3715).
