Re: [microsound] humorous beasts

Perhaps this is one of the reasons that film, which requires an
enormous amount of support from a multitude of specialists, was the
dominant expressive form in 20th Century society, and even still today
is the most accessible and discussed entertainment/creative medium.

Video games, or something like them, will most likely replace the film
in this century, but they as well require an enormous amount of
workers and capital (to be a mainstream success).

Of course, indie media are an exception to the requirement of vast
capital resources, but they still rely upon the beneficent resources
of human contributors.

artists to work together in distribution and presentation, which
increases the ability of artists to reach an audience. And it

for a transition to such a future society, if a time came when such a
transition was feasible.
