your best bet here is the old "vocal eliminator" trick: take a stereo  
track into an audio editor that can invert phase, invert one track  
and combine them to mono, either through monitoring or by bouncing  
down the file. if the vocal is centered in the stereo field then  
voila - no voice. a funny by-product is the left-over reverb in the  
side channels...
