For some interesting controllers, take a look at Infogrip 
<http://www.infogrip.com/>. They specialize in controllers for the 
handicapped - like their Headmouse that moves the cursor by tracking 
your head movements or the Jouse that you operate with your tongue 
and click with puffs of breath.
