While we are on the topic of dynamics -

Few weeks back I picked up a Focusrite Liquid Mix. Anyone else on this list using one/used one?

Outside of the colorful characteristics, the compressors sound amazing to my ears. Also, the ability to build hybrid EQs is sweet. I will never let this piece of kit go.

I am interested to hear if anyone is using this unit on tunes in a microsound or otherwise context?

of the L1, with an improved algorithm.  I've used them
both extensively, but have never had the opportunity
to do an A/B comparison.  You may also want to check
out the Massey L2007 (if running Pro Tools) and the
Wave Arts FinalPlug.  The WaveArts PowerSuite 5 is a
great collection of mixing and mastering tools which I
recently purchased and am now using frequently.
