Re: [microsound] Ghost Station

Hi all,

I will be installing a site specific sound
installation in Toronto's Lower Bay Subway Station for
the all night art event Nuit Blanche on the 29th of
September. I'll be using field recordings made while
in the subway station in June.

Here's a description:

The rumblings of lower bay station are used in an
audio installation which concentrates on sounds that
are below the threshold of human hearing. These
tactile sounds are largely felt rather than heard, and
are associated with paranormal activity and ghost
sightings.

There's more info here:

I was in Toronto.. couldn,t make it to the station, but everyone said it was one of the few highlight of this mass-culture event.
I am sick i didn't attend it...
