[microsound] announcement list redux

I want to send yet another reminder to those who might have recently  
joined this list:

cross-posting and posting announcements are not tolerated on the main  
list
it is not a kiosk for flyers and posters but a forum for discussion  
of post-digital aesthetics

if you want to post an announcement please sub to the 'microsound- 
announce' list
where you can cross post and announce CD's for sale, upcoming  
concerts, calls for projects and similar content

the main list was changed years ago because the noise to signal ratio  
got out of control and many people unsub'd because of it
