[microsound] Composition Faculty Position at UCSD

The Department of Music, at the University of California, San Diego  
seeks applicants who demonstrate promise as inspired and innovative  
composers for the position of Assistant Professor of Composition  
(tenure-track). Duties will include the teaching of composition at the  
graduate and undergraduate level, undergraduate theory, and other  
subjects of candidate expertise.

UCSD's Music Department (http://www.ucsd.edu/music) offers B.A, M.A.,  
Ph.D., and D.M.A. degrees, maintains state-of-the-art recording and  
research facilities, and will soon move into a new Music Center  
featuring an excellent concert hall.
