[microsound] puff 'n stuff

stumbled across a couple of things recently I thought the list might  
find interesting:

one is a new (?) OS X sound editor called 'Twisted WAVE'

haven't DL'd it - checking out new software is always a temptation as  
well as a distraction when I'm in 'summer studio hermit' mode
but it seems like it has some interesting features although I'm not  
sure of its editing power
too bad the web site doesn't feature a list of editing commands and  
specs
but maybe someone with time can post some first impressions to the  
list if they get a chance?

also, I stumbled across an interesting new book called 'Micro Bionic'
it's only available as a Kindle file (Amazon electronic gadget used  
to read e-books)
but the author says there are plans to print a paper version towards  
the end of the summer
