hey Damian Stewart,

 I have a disc somewhere , probably arrived with an m-audio device  
or something of that ilk. It's only a lite version of the program and  
might be difficult to upgrade to the full version; for that reason  
I'm not even tempted to attach to a fishnet buoy with a waterproof  
note saying: <please send this to damian> and toss into the puget  
sound relying on the pacific ocean currents.

 (I'm guessing you live in New Zealand...)

  Another (the same?) idea might be inspecting older m-audio or  
similar device boxes.

  I'm thinking there must be a warehouse in Berlin with a live v3  
disc and if you talk to the right person and offer them money they  
might send you one.
