[microsound] Infinite Jest piece

I uploaded my piece to the server
I decided to take a different direction for my piece
and composed a piece based on a short excerpt from the book itself

I want to publicly thank Gary R. Weisberg and Lady Eve for their  
vocal contributions to my piece
I can picture Lady Eve as Madame Psychosis in partial veil reading  
this PSA in a darkened college radio station

for David Foster Wallace, may his soul be at rest
