it would certainly be an interesting avenue to explore.. kind of like 
adding different sensory perceptions to media... like fragrant 
photographs... smell-o-rama film... or paintings you can hear...

i'm not sure if the electro shock aspect would be terribly enjoyable! 
although i see where you're going with this one..

do describe these strange patterns of noises we all enjoy :)
