let´s get a chainsaw with an attached contact microphone - feed the
signal into your laptop for live processing and then just go ahead and
cut the laptop in two parts. that would make a spectacle and - in case
you are a good computerist - a good laptop performance, too. also this
would ensure that your performance is unique, unrepeatable,
self-explaining ... all of that ... amused again
