i do a lot of radio guestings and installations/performances; a criticism i 
get is that we don't speak. as our pgms are long-format or mix-driven, the 
opportunity to announce doesn't gracefully present itself. so we have begun 
to closely follow fcc and station guidelines for id's and psa's and use 
these moments to speak to our listeners to inform and advise.
