fwiw, in '97 i performed an alternative soundtrack to chris marker's 'sans 
soleil' at 'freaky loops' - one of the biggest occasional electronic music

i recall the e'd up raver kiddies being grossed out by the scene of a 
giraffe's eyes being pecked out by a vulture.

ob:micro - there was much glitchiness in my soundtrack, juxtaposed with 
obligatory beats.
