hotline server Q's

Hello there=)

Just wondering why everytime I try to login, I get a "Incorrect Login" message
I'm using my email add. as my login name, which is what I was instructed to 
do by an email from Eddie Peel.

Also I'm having very little luck with the 'Neina' hotline server,  I can access the
site but cant download mp3's successfully_

Any tips would be tremendously appreciated!
