sorry you're having troubles, i know it can be a pain sometimes due to the
long addys and passwords

here are some things you should note:

the fields for login and pass are case sensitive

try filling in the field for name with your login name as well

i pasted the login and pass into your e-mail exactly as they were in the
registration, and due to the complicated passwords i would recommend doing
the same to avoid mistakes

try deleting anything that is the password field before you paste in the new
password

Bookmarks:

to create a bookmark, put all of the info in the correct fields in the
'connect to server' window and click save

save the bookmark in the 'bookmarks' folder which will be found in your
'hotline client..' folder and name it what ever you like

the bookmark will now show up in your server window everytime you start the
client program
