this court action is a fluke.  the riaa wins only means that tomorrow's
napsters will be owned by edgar bronfman jr.

the piracy issue is all but solved.  neither are artists' conditions
bettered.  or record labels secured from any threat.

the ruling will make all the wrong people more powerful, not to mention
help make that idiot shawn fanning even more of a "hero" for a growing
community of offspring & chantal kreviazuk fans.

in other words: whatever your opinion on piracy, this ruling is neither
sad or wonderful.  it's just a big stupid game played by stupid
crybabies in their little sandbox ~ or should i say _our_ sandbox.  so
what do you expect?  next topic...
