Re: [microsound] top of the clicks

i'm always a sucker for these lo-cal endeavors:

1. Bernard Parmegiani, La Creation du Monde (INA-GRM)
i don't think this will ever sound dated to me
2. Oval, any (i'm enjoying "process" the most right now)
oval is best heard as a progressive series of experiments, i think
3. Farmer's Manual, Explorers_We (Or)
	i don't listen to this a lot, but it's clearly a masterpiece
4. *0 and Richard Chartier, 0/r (12k)
i still can't figure out why this is so effective, but it is
5. Kohn, Kohn2 (Kraak3)
this may or may not qualify, but it's still genius...

i can't imagine a *more* subjective musical style for compiling "top
ever" lists from; i could probably swap in or out a half dozen more
records depending on my mood. it brings us back to an interesting,
still-unanswered question: what are the standards by which we judge this
music as "good"? what is the importance of history or the concept
of enduring value?
