one bad apple...fxxxxxxxxxing laptop
uhm. isn't there a warranty on these things?
THERE SHOULD BE, UNLESS it was a third-party purchase. i believe apple
would, AT LEAST, have a 90 day parts and labor, one year parts warranty,
world-wide. its been a while since i bought a mac, but i went through
SIX!applevision monitors before i ended up with a pair that kept working,
and, though they tried to renege (siting my original purchase date), but
each monitor delivered had a one year warranty from point of origin. so it
follows that the cpu and microprocessor would be covered. !unless it was an
airport special! :(
everyone in Paris in the Apple repairers tell me that
> there is nothing I can do about it and that it'll cost me almost the
price
> of the computer to replace the microprocessor! It almost seems absurd,
i'm
> depressed////// Anyway, if anyone has an idea about that
sony mao
