If this Powerbook was bought under normal circumstances Apple is *obligated*
to fix whatever problems you might have (as long as they aren´t the result of
abusive use etc.). The machine is under warranty, you know, and so the cost
of a new microprocessor is on their part (this sounds a bit dramatic, though
-- why should you need to switch the processor? -- but I refrain from
commenting further, even on the PC thing you mention).
